This track-mounted monitor holder is applied to increasing mobility for monitor arms. This holder features easy installation on most monitor mounts with standard VESA plates (75mm x 75mm/100mm x 100mm). With a track on the mount, a monitor has extra 15cm mobility to go up and down.
